Every plan includes a kill switch, protected DNS, IPv6 blocking while protected, and usage & account controls.
Your allowance, explained. Upload and download each get the listed cap. Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC; monthly limits on the 1st, UTC. Both limits apply. Unused data does not roll over. 1 GB = 1 billion bytes.
STELLAR TESTNET Paid checkout is currently in testing. Pay the USDC price directly, or in XLM converted at the live Stellar exchange rate: the app shows an estimate, and checkout shows the most XLM it can take, at most 1% above the live rate, before you sign. Choose your plan after signing in to the desktop app; availability is shown there. This website does not take payments.

The allowance changes.
The core protections stay with you.
WireGuard carries your connection through your assigned server. Your profile belongs to your signed-in account.
Once protection is active, the kill switch keeps direct traffic blocked if the tunnel drops or your allowance runs out.
The app checks its approved DNS settings before reporting readiness, and keeps DNS on the protected connection.
While protection is active, IPv6 is blocked. The current tunnel carries IPv4 traffic through your assigned server.
Protection starts during Connect and ends when you explicitly disconnect or quit. It is session protection; it does not run before activation or persist across an OS reboot.
Everything starts in the desktop app. Pick Free to get started, or choose the allowance and prepaid term that fit your day.

Download an approved desktop release, sign in with an enabled Google or Microsoft provider, then select Free or an available paid plan. Your service still controls account eligibility. Free requires no wallet. The app prepares your account-bound profile before you connect.
Upload and download have separate allowances: Basic gives each direction 1.5 GB daily and 45 GB monthly, for example. Both daily and monthly limits apply; reaching either limit in either direction pauses the VPN. Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC and monthly limits on the 1st, UTC. Unused data does not roll over. Renewing does not reset usage.
No. The displayed 12-month and 24-month prices are the full prepaid totals, paid once. The per-month comparison is only a comparison. Paid terms do not renew or debit your wallet automatically. You can hold each tier once at a time. A bigger plan starts at once and your smaller plan keeps running underneath; a smaller plan starts when the bigger one ends. The largest plan running sets your allowance.
Choose a paid offer in the desktop app to open its browser checkout. Connect the Freighter extension or use the mobile-wallet QR option. Review a USDC payment or an XLM quote with a maximum spend that delivers the exact USDC price. The wallet also pays the displayed Stellar network fee. Access follows independent network verification, not just wallet connection or signing. Checkout is currently on Testnet; test assets have no monetary value.
The app header shows your current plan. Account includes Change plan, Data allowance and Purchase history, and the plan selector also has a direct history shortcut. Verified receipts show the prepaid term, payment asset, access dates and status, and a Stellar Expert transaction link for the recorded network. Your private history is not loaded by this marketing website.
Sign-in happens in your default browser with your identity provider. StellarVPN uses an authorization-code flow with PKCE. It does not collect your provider password or need your wallet secret or recovery phrase.
You can install the client on supported computers. The current configuration service keeps one active profile per account. Signing in on another computer rotates the keys and replaces the previous profile.
Protection starts when the app installs its network policy during Connect. It blocks direct traffic outside the tunnel, routes approved DNS through the tunnel and blocks IPv6. A dropped tunnel or exhausted quota keeps direct traffic blocked until you choose Disconnect or quit the app. Protection is not active before connection setup or across an OS reboot. Use Disconnect and restore internet if recovery is needed.
Choose your platform in the section above. A download button will appear when a public release is available. For an organization deployment, ask your administrator for the approved installer and access.
